Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.

The following rules apply:

• Returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt.
• Returned merchandise will be in the same condition as when you received it; undamaged, unworn, and saleable with the original tags and packaging.
• Altered apparel, one-of-a-kind, clearance, and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Classy Cathy reserves the right to determine if the returned merchandise is in saleable condition.

Exchanges:

Exchanged items must be in their original condition. Unworn, undamaged, saleable, and with the original tags and packaging.
Please allow 10-14 days to process your exchange.
